Callback widget, website chat and AI assistant in one dashboard - what each part does.
CallsYou is a tool for talking to customers who visit your website. You paste one line of code on your site, and a widget appears in the corner. You manage everything in a dashboard in your browser.
Three products in one widget
- Callback widget - the customer enters their phone number, and in about 30 seconds the system connects them with your team. Your agent answers in the browser, in the app or on their own mobile phone. Available on the Chat + Call and Business plans.
- Website chat - the customer writes, and your team replies live in the Chat tab.
- AI assistant (AI chat) - reads your website by itself and answers customers right away, including at night and on weekends. You can take over the conversation at any time.
Coming soon
Messages from Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp will land in the same Chat as conversations from your website. We'll let you know when they're available on your account.
Who uses the dashboard
- Admin - the account owner. Sees everything: settings, team, plan and billing.
- Agent - answers calls and replies in the chat. Sees only Overview, Calls and Chat.
On the phone, it's always a person from your team who talks. The AI assistant only replies in the chat.
