Your company's own number
A number with the area code of your choice for $6 a month (net) - ordering, connection time and cancelling.
Your own number costs $6 a month (net). It's available on plans with callback, after the free trial ends.
How to order
- Go to Callback, section “Company's own number”.
- Choose a country and area code (e.g. 212 New York). The “right away” label means the number is available instantly.
- Click “Ordering a number with area code …” and confirm.
We charge the fee for the current period to your card right away. A number available instantly works immediately; others are usually connected within 72 business hours - you'll get an email. If we can't connect the number, we'll refund you. Until then we call from the shared number.
You can cancel the request with the “Cancel” button while it's waiting to be processed. Once the number is being ordered from the carrier, write to us.
Cancelling
“Back to the shared number” stops the charge for the number.
After you cancel, the same number may no longer be available to choose again.
