How to paste the widget code on your website

One line of code before </body> - instructions for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and other sites.

You'll find the widget code in the Installation tab. It's one line - you paste it once, just like the Google Analytics code. Chat and callback both run from the same code - there's no separate chat code.

Choose your platform

Under “Where is your website?” you'll find ready-made instructions:

  • WordPress - with the WPCode plugin, Footer field.
  • Shopify - in the theme file layout/theme.liquid, before </body>.
  • Wix - Settings, Custom code, “All pages”, placement “Body - end”.
  • Webflow - Footer code in the site settings.
  • Vibecoding (AI) - a ready prompt to paste into Claude, Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Replit.
  • Other website - paste the code before the closing </body> on every page.

Send to your developer

Enter your developer's email and click “Send code and instructions”. The email contains no login details.

Check that it works

Open your website, then click “Check if it works”. You'll see “The widget is running on …” or a hint about what's left to do.

The widget only shows when it's turned on in Widget appearance and your plan is active or in the free trial.
