Buying minutes and automatic top-up
Minute packs that don't expire, and what happens when you run out of minutes.
Minute pack
In Plan & billing, in the “Buy minutes (wallet)” section: a pack costs $29 (net) for 50 minutes on the phone or 100 in the browser. You can buy several packs at once. Minutes from packs don't expire.
Automatic top-up
Turn on “Top up automatically” and set the maximum number of packs per month. When your minutes run out, we'll charge a pack to your card without you having to do anything - even during a call, which then simply continues. Works on a paid plan, not during the free trial. It's on by default. If you pay for your plan through Link, there is no automatic top-up: you use the minutes from your plan and the packs you buy, and a call in progress is disconnected when they run out. When 15% of your plan minutes are left, we remind you in the panel and by email - again at half of that threshold and one last time when the minutes run out. You can change the threshold (10, 15, 25 or 50%) in Plan & billing.
When your minutes run out
- Without automatic top-up - the widget keeps collecting numbers as leads. You call back manually after buying minutes. An ongoing call gets a few extra minutes and then ends calmly.
- When automatic top-up fails (e.g. card declined) - the widget disappears from your website, and you get an email and a red message in the dashboard.
After a failed automatic top-up, the widget comes back only after a successful pack purchase - do it right away so you don't lose customers.
We charge at most 3 packages a day automatically - this protects your card if someone floods the form with fake requests.
