Deleting your account
What disappears when you delete your account and how to do it.
You delete your account in the Account tab, at the very bottom, in the “Delete account” section.
After deletion:
- your subscription ends immediately,
- the widget, team, calls, chats and AI assistant knowledge are gone,
- only the invoices we're required to keep remain.
To confirm, enter your company name and click “Delete account permanently”.

This can't be undone. If you just want to stop paying, simply cancel your subscription.
