Test call: “See how it works”
Call yourself as if a customer clicked the widget - before your first real customer.
On plans with callback, Overview has a “See how it works” box.
- Enter your phone number - a different one from the number we call the agent on.
- Click “Call me”.
- First the dashboard or the agent's phone rings. Answer, and the system immediately connects it with the number you entered.
A test call uses minutes from your pool, just like a real call. If your pool is empty, you'll be asked to buy more minutes.
