We compared the tools using information from their official websites (as of October 28, 2026). We checked whether AI is included or an add-on, how conversation limits are counted, whether pricing is per company or per user, which contact channels are offered (including phone), language support, GDPR compliance and ease of installation. We did not use third-party reviews or ratings, and we quote prices as the vendors publish them.
