Chat and callback window texts

Headers, greetings and the prompt bubble - or ready-made texts in the visitor's language.

You change the texts in Widget appearance.

Chat

  • Chat window header - e.g. “Message us 💬”.
  • Greeting (when your team replies) - the first message the visitor sees.
  • Greeting outside business hours - shown when you're closed.
  • Chat button position - bottom left or bottom right corner.
  • Team name in chat - when someone from your team takes over the conversation, the visitor always sees this name (e.g. “Sophie”) instead of the agent's name. Empty = the name of the person replying.

When the AI assistant is handling the conversation, the visitor sees the assistant's greeting. You set it in the AI Assistant.

Phone button (plans with callback)

  • Window title - e.g. “Want us to call you back in 30 seconds?”.
  • Prompt bubble - a small bubble next to the button. You can set its header, text and button label, or turn it off completely.
  • Area code when we don't know the visitor's country - a hint next to the number field.
  • Phone button position - right or left corner.
  • Phone button visible / hidden - turn it off if you want only the chat on your website, without callback.

Empty field = a ready-made CallsYou text in the visitor's language. You don't have to fill in everything.
