How the trial works, how many minutes it includes and what happens after 3 days.
You can try any plan for 3 days free.
- You add a card, but we don't charge anything for 3 days.
- During the trial you get 3 minutes of calls on the phone (or 6 minutes in the browser).
- Plan limits (chat conversations, number of agents) work as on a paid plan.
- During the trial you can't buy minutes or your own number.
- The free trial is available once per company.
Reminders
The day before the trial ends, we'll send you an email with the date and amount. When you use up your trial minutes, you'll also get an email.
After 3 days
- You do nothing - the plan becomes paid, we charge for the first month and you get your full minutes.
- You don't want to pay - cancel before the trial ends in Plan & billing. We won't charge anything.
- You want to start right away - “Start plan now” ends the trial, charges the fee and gives you your full minutes.
There's one trial per website, email address and card. A new account for the same website, email or card starts straight away on the paid plan.
