Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp (coming soon)
Messages from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp in the same Chat - what will be possible.
In the Channels tab you see Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp marked “soon”. Once we make them available on your account, you'll be able to:
- connect a Facebook page, an Instagram account and a WhatsApp number,
- reply to these messages in the same Chat, with a channel switcher,
- turn on the AI assistant separately for each channel,
- see whether a message was delivered and read,
- view photos and files sent by customers.
We'll let you know by email when the channels are available.
