Telegram notifications

A message on your phone about a missed call and about a visitor waiting in the chat.

Telegram notifies you only about things that need a reaction:

  • missed call - right away, with the customer's number and the reason,
  • visitor waiting in the chat for more than 30 seconds without a reply - one notification per conversation.

How to set it up

Go to Integrations, section “Telegram - notifications”.

  1. In Telegram, message @BotFather, send /newbot and copy the bot token.
  2. Paste the token into the “Bot token” field and save.
  3. Send anything to your bot in Telegram.
  4. Click “🔍 Detect chat ID”.
  5. Click “📨 Send test” - a message should arrive.
