How the AI assistant learns your website

The assistant reads your website by itself and picks up changes every night - no typing in your offer by hand.

You set up the assistant in the AI Assistant tab.

  1. Enter your website address and click “Read website”.
  2. The assistant reads your pages, products with prices, delivery information and contact details. It starts answering as soon as it has read the first pages.
  3. On the assistant card you see its status (“reading the site…”, “ready”) and the number of pages read.

Refreshing

  • Automatically every night - the assistant checks your website for changes and picks up only what has changed.
  • Manually - the “↻ Refresh” button. You can refresh again after a few minutes, and the number of manual refreshes per day is limited.

What the assistant doesn't read

The cart, checkout, login, customer account and search. It reads Shopify and WooCommerce stores together with the product list.

!

“Change website” in the assistant settings makes it forget the previous website (description, greetings, suggestions) and read the new one from scratch.

Shops: product cards

If your site is a shop, the assistant advises like a salesperson. It asks about size, budget or colour, recommends 2-4 matching products and briefly explains how they differ. Below the reply, the customer sees product cards with a photo, category, name, description and price. Clicking a card opens the product page. The assistant also answers questions about variants, such as which sizes are available.

Cards work in Shopify and WooCommerce shops, and in shops on other platforms if product pages include product data (name and price) in the page code - most shops do. Prices and photos on the cards come from your shop. Service business sites do not show cards.

Shops: cart, purchases and report

  • Add to cart - in Shopify and WooCommerce shops, a product card without variant choice has an “Add to cart” button. The product goes into your shop's cart and the customer stays in the conversation. Products with variants (size, colour) are chosen on the product page.
  • Stats - in AI assistant, the “Shop” section shows products shown in chat, clicks, adds to cart and purchases after a chat with their value.
  • Purchases after a chat - we count orders from visitors who chatted with the assistant in the last 14 days. In WooCommerce and most shops this works automatically on the “thank you for your order” page. In Shopify, paste a short code once under Settings → Customer events - the ready code and steps are in the “Shop” section.
  • Weekly report - every Monday morning you get an email: the week's numbers, most recommended products, what customers asked, what they looked for but you don't have, and what made them hesitate.
  • The chat speaks first - when a customer looks at a product for a long time or comes back to it, a short offer of help appears next to the chat. At most once a day, and after the bubble is closed - a week of quiet.
  • Order status - connect your shop in AI assistant → “Order status in chat”: Shopify, WooCommerce or BaseLinker (Shoper, IdoSell, PrestaShop, Allegro and more). A read-only key is enough, and the steps are next to the field. The customer gives the email and order number, and the assistant replies with the status, carrier and tracking number. It only shows an order when the email matches and never shares the address.
