The CallsYou phone in your CRM (handset in the corner)
The round handset in the corner of your CRM - what the colors mean and how to answer calls.
If your company has CallsYou embedded in its CRM, you will see a round handset labeled "CallsYou phone" in the bottom right corner of the CRM. It is the phone you use to answer calls from the callback widget - without opening the CallsYou panel.
Colors
- Green - ready, waiting for calls. Everything works.
- Red, pulsing - someone is calling. The phone expands by itself - click "Answer".
- Blue - a call is in progress. The bar has "Mute" and "Hang up" buttons.
- Orange - connecting to CallsYou.
- Gray - unavailable, e.g. no internet. Refresh the CRM page.
How to use it
- Click the handset to expand the phone bar. The "—" button collapses it back to the handset.
- The first time, your browser will ask for the microphone and notifications - allow them so you can hear and answer calls.
- The phone works in one tab at a time - keep your CRM open in a single tab.
- If your company answers calls only on mobile phones (“Phone only” mode in Callback), the handset is hidden - nothing rings in the browser then.
- When you open the Help window in the CallsYou panel in your CRM, the handset hides for that time. An incoming call shows it anyway.
Your company's developer adds the handset while embedding CallsYou in the CRM.
