Contact profile: history, blocking and deleting
All calls and chats of one person, where they are and what they're using.
You open a profile by clicking a number in Calls or “👤 Visitor profile” in Chat.
What you see
- First and last contact, number of calls, answered calls and chats.
- “Where from and on what” - city (based on IP), device, language and the page they came from.
- Tabs: Calls, Chats and visited Pages.
- “Call now” and “Copy number” buttons.
Blocking
“⛔ Block IP” hides the callback widget and the chat from that address on all your websites. “✓ Unblock IP” removes the block.
Deleting (admin)
- 🗑 next to a single call removes it from the dashboard.
- “Delete contact and all their calls” removes this person's entire history.

Deleting can't be undone. Minutes already used stay billed.
